Julie has developed an incredible passion for fitness and has successfully achieved her own goals of substantial weight loss, enjoying a balanced diet, becoming smoke-free and becoming stronger and more flexible through regular exercise.
Her love of running and zest for life inspired a commitment to return to study to obtain her Certificate III and IV in fitness with the Australian Institute of Fitness in Brisbane. Julie’s determination and skill awarded her the certification of Master Trainer with the Institute.
Shortly after starting her training career, Julie went back to the classroom to further achieve her Level 2 Recreational Running Coach accreditation through Athletics Australia, and subsequently the very highly regarded Rehab Trainer certification enabling injury rehabilitation training.
